“2017冬季达沃斯论坛”于北京时间1月17日-20日在瑞士达沃斯举行。18日晚间，阿里巴巴董事局主席马云参与了与美国记者Andrew R.Sorkin主持的论坛特别对话环节。

以下为商务英语学习网站“Passbec”博主就“马云达沃斯对话美国记者”听译的部分访谈文字实录：

Andrew R.Sorkin：It is my priviledge to be here this evening with Jack Ma, one of the greatest entrepreneurs of our time, of course, the founder of Alibaba, and we have so many thing to talk about over the next half an hour, of course, we also want to try to get to your questions as well, we’re going to talk about Alibaba, of course, but also China, the “trump world” we’re all living, globalization, trade, and so many other issues. But first of all, thank you for joining all of us.

我很荣幸能够在今晚与这个时代最为杰出的企业家之一，阿里巴巴创始人马云先生在一起。在接下来的半个小时内，我们将就很多的话题进行讨论。当然，我们也会尽量回复大家的提问。话题将围绕阿里巴巴、中国、我们目前正处于的“川普世界”、全球化、贸易以及其它方方面面的内容。首先，感谢马云先生的到来。

马云：Thank you, my pleasure.

也感谢你，我也很荣幸。

Andrew R.Sorkin：Let me start with this, which is to say that you’ve just spend time inside Trump Tower…uh, when to go visit with Donald, uh, president-elect of the United States, tell us about that meeting.

我想先从你拜访美国总统唐纳德时，刚到川普大厦呆了一阵子谈起，跟我们说说这次会议吧？

马云：Well, that’s a very productive meeting, much better than I thought, than I expected.

这是一次非常有成效的会议，比我预想和期待的要好很多。

Andrew R.Sorkin：What did you expect?

你期待什么呢？

马云：Well, I heard a lot, and I watch like everybody watched all the news, and heard about a lot of him. So, when I go inside, I thought, hum, anything that……But, he’s free, sort of open-minded, listen to what I talk. So, I think I’m very happy about the results, and finnally, he said, he offered, hey Jack, let me wal k you down, I assume he’s very happy about the results we had.

嗯，我也一直在观察，跟其他人一样，通过看新闻了解到很多关于他的事情。当我进入川普大厦的时候，我就在想，川普会不会有点……不过，他是那种比较随意，相当开明的人，聆听我的发音。所以，我感觉我对于此次会议的成果还是挺满意的。最后，他提议到：“杰克，我陪你一起下楼吧”，我想，他对于这次会议的成果也很满意吧。

Andrew R.Sorkin：Can I ask how does a meeting like that happen, do you call him, does he call you? Well, how doesn this take place?

我能问下，这次的会议是如何发生的呢？是你联系的他，还是他联系的你呢？究竟是怎么一回事？

马云：Well, that’s a question that I’m asking myself, Cos’ some day I got some request from people say, Jack, do you want to meeting the president-elect? I said, is it true or not? Cos’ I’m not ready for that, because I don’t know what to talk about. And then, a few days later, I got another request, I got several request, I saw one email which was a friend, his very sort of specific, I thought about it, I think, yes, maybe, I should go and have a talk. and at least, I think president-elect Donald Trump will be happy to hear what I want to talk about…So, I went.

这个问题我也一直在问我自己，因为某天我收到一些人的请求，他们说：“杰克，你想跟候任总统川普会面吗？”，我说：“真的，还是假的？”，当时我还没有做好准备，也不知道该谈些什么。之后的几天，我又收到好几个此类请求，有位朋友特意给我发了一封邮件，我后来想了想，也许有可能吧。我应该去找他谈一谈。至少，我觉得候任总统唐纳德·川普会很高兴我将要对他提及的事情，于是我就去了。

Andrew R.Sorkin：And what did you tell him?

你们谈了些什么呢？

马云：We talked about the small business, talked about agricultural products, talked about trade between China and USA, we had a special focus on talking about we can we bring the small business in American, sell them to China, Asia through our network which can creat a lot of job for them.

我们谈了微小企业、农业产品、中美贸易、我们特别针对如何将美国的小企业的产品通过我们的网络卖到中国，乃至全亚洲。这样能够为美国带来很多的就业岗位。

Andrew R.Sorkin：And you commited to create, as you said, gonna be 1 million jobs in the United States…over the next 5 years?

他承诺准备通过五年的时间为美国带来100万个就业岗位？

马云：Yeah, over the next 5 years.

是的，通过五年时间。

Andrew R.Sorkin：Let’s not a million jobs that Alibaba itself, you’re not hiring 1 million people.

这个，应该不是说你们阿里巴巴打算招募100万个岗位吧？

马云：No, no, we all totally, Alibaba employee put together, it’s like 45000 people, we can not hire 1 million, I can not imagine, I can manage 1 million people, you know.

是的，我们阿里巴巴总共大约4万五千多名员工，我们没法招募100万个岗位，我很难想像我怎么管理100万人。

Andrew R.Sorkin：Explain to us, how you think about the Us-China relationship given some of the comment that Donald Trump has made about China being a manipulator, a currency manipulator, did that come up during your meeting?

你能跟我们解释下：你是如何看待中美关系的吗？鉴于唐纳德·川普有提到过：“中国是汇率操纵国，这个事情有在会议里提及吗？

马云：Well, I think first, the American is freedom of speech, right? So, he can say whatever he want, and I respect, and I understand. I have my own views, we did not debate about China-Us trade, or manipulation, we did not debate, I did not talk…We actually agreed on something, small business, developing the middle west America, helping the farmers there, small business there, to exporting to China…

首先我认为美国是一个言论自由国家，对吧？所以，他可以说任何他想要表达的观点。对此，我表示尊重和理解。但是，我当然也有自己的想法，我们没有针对中美贸易及汇率操纵进行争辩，实际上，我们达成了一些共识。包括小微企业，发展美国中西部地区，帮助那里的农民、小公司出口到中国……
