背景介绍：阿克斯资本收购了好时光将近5%股权，并掌握了该公司大部分隐名合伙人信息之后，掌门人Alex带着助手Mike与好时光几名重要董事举行了非正式会谈。由于股权收购比例到达举牌线，Alex直言不讳道出好时光公司经营存在问题并弹劾现任总裁经营不善，要求增加董事席位及相应话语权。
